Shipping

At FUXI, we carefully prepare and ship your order with love and intention. While our jewelry is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans, every item we offer is treated with deep care to ensure a smooth and meaningful delivery experience.

  • Our jewelry pieces are handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 business days for production and processing.

     

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent once your order is ready to ship.

    • Free global shipping for orders over $100 USD

       

    • Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

       

    • Estimated delivery time for all regions: 7–14 business days

       

    Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local logistics.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

     

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

FUXI covers all international duties and import taxes.
There will be no additional fees upon delivery—just receive, unbox, and enjoy your healing pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note:

  • Sale items and customized pieces are non-refundable unless defective.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@fuxi-energy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

We will then provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of posta

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
