- Our jewelry pieces are handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 business days for production and processing.
- A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
- Free global shipping for orders over $100 USD
- Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time for all regions: 7–14 business days

- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

FUXI covers all international duties and import taxes.
There will be no additional fees upon delivery—just receive, unbox, and enjoy your healing pieces.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
